Chuck Deluga
Chuck Deluga was born and raised on Cape Cod and started in the building business as a teenager. After graduating from the University of Maine in 1983, he decided to start his own custom home building company.

Over the years, Chuck has developed several residential neighborhoods. He is a certified OSHA builder, a licensed construction supervisor, a licensed home improvement contractor and a licensed real estate broker.

Chuck is committed to quality service and attention to detail. He prides himself on his relationship with the homeowner and the many repeat customers he’s attained over four decades. He lives in Dennis with his wife Paula and has three children and a dog named Charley.
Paul Sullivan
Paul Sullivan built the first spec home in Dennis over 50 years ago, when he launched his real estate company, Paul Sullivan Associates. Since that time, Paul’s become a fixture in the Dennis community in building and real estate. Along with Chuck, he has developed and aesthetically enriched Dennis with over 200 custom homes. He also spearheaded the development of the Dennis Village Commons area on historic Route 6A.

Paul attributes his long history of success to reliability, a focus on detail and the experience that comes from working on so many kinds of projects. He lives in Dennis with his labradoodle, Chance.
